Women’s Jiu-Jitsu

Women’s BJJ at Westchase

Our Women’s BJJ classes are for women and teens ages 14 and up. We train in the Gi, and all levels are welcome.

These classes introduce Jiu-Jitsu through partner drills and self-defense practice. You’ll work on positions and escapes, learning how timing and technique help you move and respond when someone is holding or controlling you.

Tuesday and Thursday at 10 AM. Tell us about any previous training when booking so we can help you prepare for your first class.
